WHY WE BUILD
The next generation of the Project infrastructure
Our partnerships help create physical assets designed to serve the project for years to come. From classroom blocks and boreholes to farms and solar systems, we invest in infrastructure that continues delivering value long after a single grant or campaign has ended. Every capital project is carefully planned, competitively quoted, supervised on site, and overseen by our UK trustees.
Funding partners receive regular updates and clear visibility from approval through completion.
BUILT ASSETS
Delivered, in progress and planned
Classrooms
A new classroom block is added each year to meet growing enrolment at Victorious Community School.
Dormitories
Additional boarding beds for children in our care are planned for the next funding cycle.
Library (planned)
A dedicated library and reading space — a priority for the next funding cycle.
Technology (planned)
Computer lab and connectivity — the target of our Technology Partner program.
Fencing & security
School and orphanage are now fully fenced.
Renewable energy
A permanent solar installation to replace the current inverter and power the whole campus.
ON THE ROADMAP
What's next for the campus
Our next infrastructure priorities include a permanent solar installation to power the campus and the continued addition of classroom space, with a new classroom block added each year as enrolment grows.
Each represents a distinct long-term infrastructure opportunity that can be developed into a clearly defined, costed project. Corporate partners and foundations can support a specific piece of infrastructure from planning through completion, with clear recognition, photography and impact reporting attached.
As the project grows, additional infrastructure will be needed to meet increasing demand. Future opportunities may include new classroom blocks, expanded residential space to welcome more children into our care, and the development of facilities such as the library. These are the kinds of long-term capital projects that can create lasting value for the community.
